Socialite and influencer Andrew Tate won’t be charged in connection to model Bri Stern’s abuse claims

Andrew Tate will not face criminal prosecution over allegations made by model Brianna “Bri” Stern, who accused the social media personality of assaulting her during a sexual encounter at The Beverly Hills Hotel in March.

According to TMZ, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office informed Tate’s attorney, Joseph McBride, that the case was dropped due to insufficient evidence. McBride stated that Tate fully cooperated with authorities, submitted to questioning, and provided a “do-not-prosecute” packet intended to dissuade prosecutors from filing charges.

The complaint stemmed from an incident on March 11, when Stern alleges Tate choked her during s3x despite her pleas for him to stop. Stern, who says she was in a relationship with Tate for 10 months, later filed a civil lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, accusing him of s3xual battery and harassment.

Text messages allegedly sent by Tate, included in the lawsuit, suggest references to violent sexual behavior. One message reportedly read, “I want to beat the fk out of you,” while another stated, “You will give me a child this year bch… What’s the point in having you if I don’t beat and impregnate you.”

McBride dismissed the accusations as baseless and politically motivated, alleging that legal systems around the world are being weaponized against his client. “Tate’s foes have weaponized courts globally to attack him. We’re grateful the evidence clearly showed his innocence, sparing him an unjust indictment,” he said.

Despite the DA’s decision not to pursue criminal charges, Stern continues to seek justice through her civil lawsuit. She also filed a police report and is seeking a restraining order. Stern has spoken publicly about the alleged abuse, saying the relationship turned dark after initially appearing loving and supportive. She claims Tate’s behavior became controlling and violent, culminating in the alleged hotel incident.

Stern shared with DailyMail.com that she experienced lingering trauma, including being diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome after the alleged assault. She provided images of injuries and screenshots of alleged messages from Tate as part of her legal filings. According to her, the relationship began after a content shoot in Romania, where she was introduced to Tate through a mutual friend.

Since going public, Stern says she has received multiple threats from Tate’s online supporters. Despite this, she maintains her commitment to speaking out, saying, “I knew by coming forward that I was subjecting myself to danger. It’s terrifying. But I’m still here.”

Tate, a former kickboxer turned online influencer, is no stranger to legal scrutiny. He and his brother, Tristan Tate, are currently facing s3x trafficking charges in Romania. They have denied all allegations and maintain their innocence.

Stern’s civil lawsuit remains active, and she claims that other women have contacted her with similar experiences involving Tate. The influencer, who boasts millions of followers and a polarizing reputation online, has continued to deny all accusations of abuse.
