A woman with extreme body modifications has revealed what she looked like before she underwent her shocking transformation.

Toxii, from Belgium, started her body modification journey four years ago, dramatically altering her appearance.

The 31-year-old has undergone extreme tattooing and cosmetic work, including breast implants as well as having ‘horns’ fitted to her forehead.

Now, the influencer has revealed what she looked like before the journey.

In a picture shared on Instagram before her transformation, Toxii is seen with blonde hair, a tan, and a glamorous style featuring false eyelashes, pink lipstick, and gold hoop earrings.

But now her glamorous look has long gone after altering her appearance.

The social media star’s long blonde is gone and in its place is waist-length black dreadlocks, her lips are bigger and her tanned face is now covered in black tattoos and permanent make-up. Her green eyes are now pitch black and she has had ridges inserted underneath her forehead.

Toxii has had her tongue split in two and dyed black and her teeth filed down into silver points.

The Belgian native has also had her ears cut down and re-shaped and ridges inserted into her neck.

The extreme modification addict has also made changes to her genitalia and undergone scarification where her skin has been cut, burned or branded to creaye textured scars.

But her most extreme change is her nose removal which she proudly revealed on Instagram.

After revealing her extreme makeover, she added that she is the first woman in history to have a nose removal.

In an interview with street artist Devon Rodriguez, which she shared to her Instagram, Toxii revealed that her nose amputation was far more painful than she expected and she revealed it hurt more than getting her horn implants.
