Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has shared his delight after guiding the club to the final of the UEFA Champions League.
The Spanish coach spoke during his post-match press conference following Arsenal’s semi-final second-leg victory over Atlético de Madrid at the Emirates Stadium.
Arteta praised both the atmosphere created by the fans and the determination shown by his players throughout the encounter. According to him, the support from the crowd played a huge role in motivating the team, while the players executed the tactical plan brilliantly on the night.

Speaking after the match, Arteta described the moment as emotional and memorable for everyone connected to the club.
He said:
“To experience a moment like this is an unbelievable feeling. The supporters were incredible and pushed us every step of the way. Seeing the pride and happiness in their faces means everything. I am always demanding of myself and the team, but tonight the players were outstanding. After 20 years, and only the second time in Arsenal’s history, we are back in the Champions League final.”
Arsenal secured a 2-1 aggregate victory, with Bukayo Saka scoring the decisive goal during the opening half of the second leg.
