Ibadan driver seen rocking woman’s blouse while behind the wheel (video)

In Ibadan, a driver was caught on camera wearing a woman’s Ankara blouse while transporting passengers.

A surprised passenger captured the moment on video and shared it online. The footage shows the driver dressed in a blue Ankara blouse with puffy sleeves that flare out towards the wrists.

The driver appeared unaware of the amusement his outfit choice sparked as he attempted to wave down passengers.
