Davido unveils star-studded tracklist for upcoming album '5ive'
Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has officially revealed the tracklist for his much-anticipated fifth studio album, 5ive, set for release on April 18, 2025.
Taking to his Instagram page on Monday, April 14, 2025, Davido shared a snippet from the album alongside the album tracklist containing a full list of featured collaborators. Accompanying the post, Davido wrote: “Legacy is not what you leave behind, but what you breathe into the future. 72 hours away! Thank you for the love & support.”
The 5ive album boasts a dynamic blend of African and international talents. By this, further cementing the Grammy-nominated artist’s global reach and influence. Nigerian stars such as Victony, Omah Lay, Odumodublvck, and Chike join the lineup, alongside returning collaborators like South African amapiano sensation Musa Keys, who previously appeared on Davido’s Grammy-nominated track Unavailable.
International names on the album include American R&B icon Chris Brown, Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Victoria Monét, Jamaican acts Shenseea and 450, Latin pop star Becky G, and French artists Tay C and Dadju.
5ive is already generating buzz, with early tracks like Funds and Awuke gaining traction across platforms. The project reflects Davido’s continued dedication to blending diverse sounds and cultural influences while expanding the boundaries of Afrobeats.
