Zlatan Teases New Track “OYOYO” from Upcoming Album Symbol of Hope

Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Zlatan has set social media alight with a sneak peek of his new music from the highly anticipated album Symbol of Hope. The energetic teaser, shared late Monday, September 15, 2025, has fans speculating that the track will be titled OYOYO.

The buzz began two days earlier when Zlatan posted a cryptic tweet on September 13 simply reading, “OYOYO.” On Monday, he followed up with another tweet quoting a lyric from the track: “Even person wey follow shit for church dey see me shout OYOYO.” The line resonated with fans, hinting at themes of triumph, celebration, and rising above challenges.

The short video clip accompanying the teaser is packed with high-energy rapping, dancing, and vibrant visuals, further fueling excitement. Zlatan also shared the snippet on Instagram, captioning it: “A DAY CLOSER TO SYMBOL OF HOPE. #SOHTHEALBUM,” officially tying the preview to his upcoming project.

While the singer has yet to announce a release date or the full tracklist for Symbol of Hope, the album title already holds special significance for his supporters. In June 2025, Zlatan launched a mentorship program under the same name, aimed at nurturing emerging talents—a move that reflects his commitment to inspiring and uplifting the next generation. This initiative, combined with his rising influence in the Afrobeats scene, suggests the album will showcase both his personal journey and his role as a motivator for others.

Zlatan has also recently made headlines outside music. His public exchange with singer Portable, who referred to him as an “up-and-coming” artist, sparked online debates. Despite the chatter, Zlatan remains unfazed, letting his music speak for itself. The teaser for OYOYO demonstrates that he continues to be a dynamic force in Afrobeats, blending infectious energy, storytelling, and resilience.

Fans are now eagerly counting down to the release of Symbol of Hope, an album expected to deliver not only vibrant tracks but also a message of perseverance and inspiration.
