Crayon takes a swipe at Don Jazzy and Marvin Records
Singer, Crayon has sparked speculation about a possible exit from his record label after going on a fiery rant on X on Sunday night, March 15, where he criticized the leadership of Mavin Records.
The 28-year-old artiste, born Charles Chibueze Chukwu, began his posts with a confusing mix of praise and aggression while mentioning Mavin founder, Don Jazzy and the label’s chief operating officer, Tega Oghenejobo.
“Don Jazzy na my boy!!!!!! Una dey maddddd!!?? Shayennnnn sharayyyyyy333,” he wrote, before turning his attention to the COO with a harsher remark: “Tega highest criminal!!!!!!!!!”
He also claimed that he lost his mother due to the label, an allegation he didn’t expand on.

Crayon, who was signed to Blowtime Entertainment , an imprint of Mavin Records, in May 2019, later declared in another post that “Mavin is going down!!!!!!”.
He also appeared to take a swipe at the label’s biggest star, Rema, writing that the singer would not get a feature from him “for the next 100 years” and accused Rema of taking his ‘shine’
