Multiple award-winning singer and performer Tiwa Savage has announced that she is ready to take firm action against cyberbullying, making it clear that online harassment—especially when it involves her child—will no longer be tolerated.

The Afrobeats superstar recently issued a strong warning to an online troll, threatening decisive action over what she described as repeated and targeted social media attacks against both herself and her son, Jamil. The incident came to public attention on Tuesday, when Savage took to social media to openly call out the individual, accusing him of having a long-standing agenda to discredit her.

Tiwa Savage expressed deep anger and disappointment over comments directed at her 10-year-old son, stressing that the troll had crossed a clear and unforgivable boundary. According to her, she had endured years of persistent online harassment in silence, choosing not to respond despite several offensive remarks allegedly made against her in the past—including statements in which the individual wished her harm.

However, the singer emphasized that involving her child changed everything.

In a series of emotionally charged posts, Savage condemned the harassment and made it clear that any reference to her son was completely unacceptable. She stated that while she had previously ignored the sustained attacks, protecting her child was non-negotiable and would always come first.

“You talking about my child is crossing the line. Dami with my FULL CHEST e no go better for you. You even posted that you wanted me to die young… back to sender. @TheDamiForeign the obsession with me is loud but your relevance is missing,” she wrote.

Savage further stated that the individual’s fixation on her was obvious, but she dismissed him as irrelevant. She warned that any further attempts to mention or attack her son would push the matter beyond social media, strongly suggesting that she is prepared to involve legal channels if necessary.

The singer concluded by making it clear that she would no longer tolerate such behavior under any circumstances, drawing a firm line between criticism of her public career and attacks on her private life and family.

Tiwa Savage’s stance has since sparked widespread reactions online, with many fans and fellow celebrities praising her for standing up against cyberbullying and speaking out in defense of her child.
