The latest update on Omah Lay's upcoming album leaves fans heartbroken
Fans eager for Omah Lay’s upcoming album Clarity of Mind may have to wait longer, as reports of a confirmed release date have been debunked.
Contrary to earlier claims that the album would drop on May 16, 2025, the singer’s manager, Muyiwa Awoniyi, clarified that no official date has been set. Taking to his social media platform, X (formerly Twitter), on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, Awoniyi emphasized that only Omah Lay himself will announce any updates regarding the project.
In his post, he stated:
“Clarity of Mind is not dropping on May 16th. Don’t even know why this is a conversation. Anything regarding the album will first be heard from Omah himself.”
While the album’s exact release date remains uncertain, Awoniyi’s statement confirms that Omah Lay is gearing up for a major comeback in 2025, leaving fans eagerly awaiting further details from the artist himself.
