Skales performs at Barcelona’s Copa del Rey victory party

Nigerian Afrobeats star Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, popularly known as Skales, has added another impressive highlight to his career by performing at Spanish football giant Barcelona’s celebration party after their Copa del Rey triumph over Real Madrid.

The singer’s hit track Shake Body, originally released in 2015, recently gained renewed popularity after Spanish internationals Lamine Yamal, Nico Williams, and Samu Omorodion were spotted dancing to the song while celebrating their Euro 2024 victory over the Netherlands.

Following the viral moment, Skales was invited to perform live at Barcelona’s post-match party, where he also got the chance to meet some of the club’s rising stars, including Lamine Yamal and Alejandro Balde.

Sharing the memorable moment on social media, the talented singer posted a video with the players, captioned: “FORÇA BARÇA!!! Felicidades Barcelona!! @lamineyamal @alejandrobalde It was an honor to meet you all and perform at your Celebration party. Well done boys.”
