Nigerian rap heavyweights Show Dem Camp (SDC) have officially ignited excitement across the music scene with the unveiling of the cover art and full tracklist for their highly anticipated album, Afrika MAGIK, set for release on Monday, November 3, 2025.

The announcement, made on Thursday, October 30, highlights SDC’s continued evolution as creative storytellers. The stunning cover art portrays Tec and Ghost surrounded by intricate, Afrocentric illustrations — a symbolic representation of African spirituality, identity, and rhythm. It captures the very essence of what fans can expect: a celebration of Africa’s diversity, magic, and consciousness.

The 17-track album, which includes three interludes, boasts a star-studded lineup of collaborators from across Africa and the diaspora. Featured artists include Tems on You Get Me, BOJ and Joey B on Normally, Ajebutter22 on Small Chops & Champers, Moonchild Sanelly on Magik, Moelogo on Lifestyle, Winny on Pele, and Mereba on Masterkey. Other appearances by Taves, Lusanda, and Lulu further enrich the album’s sonic palette, creating a multi-layered blend of soulful rap, Afrobeats, and alternative sounds.

Behind the boards, the production lineup is equally powerful — with contributions from Guiltybeatz, Spax, Genio, and Yinka Bernie. Mastering duties were handled by the renowned Gerhard Westphalen, ensuring top-tier sound quality for what promises to be one of the year’s standout releases.

The buzz surrounding Afrika MAGIK is already palpable, as fans and critics anticipate another deeply introspective project from SDC. Known for their Clone Wars mixtape series and Palmwine Music albums, Show Dem Camp have long been recognized as the torchbearers of Nigeria’s Alté and conscious rap movement — blending lyrical finesse with cultural storytelling.

With Afrika MAGIK, the duo seems ready to push their creative boundaries further, weaving together themes of identity, unity, and resilience through powerful storytelling and rhythm. If early reactions are anything to go by, this album could easily become one of the defining African rap projects of 2025 — a timeless ode to the continent’s soul and artistic brilliance.
