Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Faces Six New Sexual Assault Lawsuits Including Case Involving 16-Year-Old Boy

Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, 54, is currently in jail after being charged with racketeering and sex trafficking last month. His lawyer has denied all allegations, stating Combs “categorically rejects any claims of sexual abuse, including those involving minors.”

Now, Combs faces additional legal troubles with six new civil lawsuits filed in a New York federal court, accusing him of sexual assault, including molesting a 16-year-old boy. The lawsuits, filed anonymously, involve two women (Jane Does) and four men (John Does). The charges range from rape to sexual assault, with one plaintiff alleging Combs molested him at a party in the Hamptons in 1998 when he was 16.

These latest filings follow a previous announcement from attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing 120 accusers, and plans to file more lawsuits against the hip-hop mogul. Combs, currently held at a federal jail in Brooklyn since his September arrest, is accused of running a long-term sex trafficking and racketeering scheme.

Among the accusations, one woman alleges that Combs raped her in a hotel room in 2004, forced her friend to perform a sex act, and threatened both women with death if they refused. Other cases describe incidents of drugging and incapacitating victims before assaulting them.

In response, Combs’ legal team dismissed the lawsuits as a publicity stunt, maintaining confidence in the judicial process. They reaffirmed that Combs “has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman,” and expressed faith that the truth will come out in court.

Combs, 54, pleaded not guilty last month to a three-count indictment charging him with using his business empire, including record label Bad Boy Entertainment, to transport male and female sex workers across state lines to take part in recorded sexual performances called “freak offs”.
