Chelsea’s Club World Cup final victory over Paris Saint-Germain ended in chaotic scenes after the final whistle, as PSG manager Luis Enrique appeared to get physical with a Blues player.

The Blues sealed a 3-0 win with a first-half double from Cole Palmer and a Joao Pedro strike before the break – to become the first side to lift the expanded tournament.

At full-time, things escalated as PSG boss Enrique appeared to strike Chelsea striker Joao Pedro in the face during a heated post-match clash between both teams.

Pedro was embroiled in a confrontation with PSG goalie Gianluigi Donnarumma and defender Achraf Hakimi before Enrique stepped over towards the situation.

But rather than de-escalating the situation, the Spanish manager took physical, laying his hands on Pedro before being held back by his own player Presnel Kimpembe.

Pedro dramatically fell to the floor, clutching at his face.
