Presidential aide shares ‘AI-generated image’ of President Tinubu meeting Rwanda President in Paris

An ‘AI-generated image’ of President Bola Tinubu meeting with Rwanda’s President, Paul Kagame, in Paris, has sparked reactions online.

The image, which appeared on President Tinubu’s official X (formerly Twitter) page on Sunday, showed the two leaders together and carried a visible GrokAI badge, indicating it was created using artificial intelligence.

According to Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu and President Kagame held a private lunch meeting in Paris, where they discussed world affairs and African development.

While the aide confirmed that the meeting took place, it’s unclear why an AI-generated image was used instead of an actual photograph.
