My baby girl has no hair anymore" – Dancer, Korra Obidi expresses shock after picking up daughter from ex husband’s home
Korra Obidi is speaking out after a surprising co-parenting moment left her heartbroken and confused.
The dancer and singer revealed in a new video that her daughter’s long hair was unexpectedly chopped off while spending time at her father’s house.
“Please what will you do,” Korra began, “if you pick up your child from their father’s house — you’re co-parenting — and you see that they’ve chopped up your child’s hair?”
Korra, clearly emotional but composed, shared that her daughter June, who previously had beautiful long hair, now had a tiny afro.
She expressed her disbelief at how more than half of her daughter’s hair was cut without her knowledge or consent.
“This is the story of my life, guys,” she said.
Rather than reacting in anger, Korra chose to focus on adjusting to her daughter’s new look.
In the video, she’s seen trying to style the shorter hair by braiding the front and experimenting with ways to keep it cute.
“Before, I would put it in a ponytail. But baby girl has no hair anymore.”
While Korra didn’t mention names or call anyone out directly, she didn’t hide her disappointment.
“My sister and I saw that they do co-parenting for this America. Me, I don’t know.”
Despite the tension, the mother of two said she was choosing peace and positivity.
“I’m not going to bust the windows out of anybody’s car. You go dey do yourself. God no go deal with you.”
