Man admits helping woman to have s3x with a dog as he pleads guilty to causing the animal unnecessary suffering

A man has confessed to assisting a woman in engaging in sexual acts with a dog and causing unnecessary suffering to the animal. Graham Marshall, aged 38, along with his partner, is accused of regularly subjecting a dog named Charlie to ongoing sexual abuse, leading to the animal’s suffering.

On Thursday, October 3, Marshall pled guilty to one charge of aiding and abetting a female in engaging in sexual intercourse with a dog.

Additionally, he admitted to causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal by subjecting Charlie to repeated sexual abuse, which also included inappropriate physical handling of the dog.

Further, Marshall acknowledged a separate offence of failing to ensure the dog’s welfare, admitting that he failed to protect Charlie from the pain and suffering caused by this repeated sexual activity.

In court, he also pleaded guilty to one count of voyeurism and three charges of possessing extreme pornographic images involving both living and deceased animals engaged in sexual acts.

In addition to these charges, Marshall admitted to seven counts of creating indecent images or pseudo-images of children categorized as A, B, and C—Category A being the most severe. However, he denied one charge of creating Category C indecent images of children.

His co-defendant, Paige Reaney, has yet to enter a plea regarding the charges she faces. She stands accused of “causing or allowing” sexual intercourse with a dog, with the alleged abuse said to have occurred on no fewer than five occasions.

Reaney also faces charges of causing unnecessary suffering to the dog by subjecting it to repeated sexual activity, failing to protect its welfare, and possessing extreme pornographic images involving both living and dead animals.

Judge Sarah Wright has granted Marshall conditional bail ahead of his next court appearance, scheduled for December 12, 2024. Reaney is set to appear in court on November 28, 2024.
