According to ROXX, the rapper underwent a “spiritual consultation” before embarking on this transformative journey. In discussions with ROXX, MGK expressed that his existing tattoos felt too chaotic, prompting a desire for change and order in his life.
MGK’s commitment to this profound change did not go unnoticed, with ROXX praising him as the toughest client she has encountered in her 30-year career. The process began in mid-December, with Machine Gun Kelly diligently visiting ROXX’s private Los Angeles studio four days a week for 13 six-hour sessions.
This ambitious undertaking makes it one of the most substantial projects ROXX has completed in such a brief timeframe.

Reflecting on the ongoing work, ROXX disclosed that there is still some tattooing left to be done to finalize the intricate design on Machine Gun Kelly’s upper torso.
