J-Hope Sets Historic Solo Record with ‘Hope On The Stage’ Tour
Following his military discharge, BTS member J-Hope has set a new benchmark for Korean solo artists with the North American leg of his Hope On The Stage tour. Fondly known as Hobi or Jay by fans (ARMY), he became the first Korean solo act to headline and sell out a stadium venue for multiple consecutive days.
Live Nation and BMO Stadium in Los Angeles confirmed that J-Hope sold out both final shows of the tour’s North American leg, drawing around 24,000 attendees per day—surpassing the venue’s 22,000 capacity. Due to overwhelming demand, additional seating had to be arranged.
This wasn’t an isolated success—Live Nation reported all 12 shows across six venues in North America were completely sold out.
The Hope On The Stage tour, which began in Seoul, continues across Asia, with the next stop in the Philippines on Saturday, April 12, 2025. Stops in Japan, Singapore, and Thailand are also planned, as fans worldwide anticipate BTS’s reunion in June 2025.
