“I never cheated” — Businessman IVD clears the air, says late wife wanted to take everything from him

Spread the love

Auto dealer Ikechukwu Ogbonna, popularly known as IVD, has publicly addressed long-standing accusations surrounding the death of his wife, Bimbo.

In a lengthy post, IVD stated he saw “99,” but God didn’t let him see “100,” describing the entire situation as a planned narrative to bring him down.

He wrote that bloggers were paid to tarnish his image and that he now has receipts, chats, and evidence to prove it. According to him, everything was pre-arranged to make him look guilty.

He added that he promised himself never to fall in love again after what he went through, but someone new came into his life and gave him peace. He expressed gratitude, saying, “Where I keep you, I will never ever drop you.”

IVD also addressed claims that he was responsible for Bimbo’s death. He alleged she committed suicide and attempted to take him along. He said he rushed her to several hospitals despite the chaos, and that the incident is public knowledge.

He wrote:

“Now my name is Ikechukwu Darry Ogbonna. I reside at Megamund Estate, Ikota, where there’s no fence. All neighbours saw what happened… you were never present at that point, not on ground or even called to ask what transpired. You went to pay blogs to cry that I kpaied someone.”

In the comment section, one user claimed he cheated on his wife “up and down,” and that he was now claiming loyalty to a new partner. Responding, IVD wrote:

“Never cheated. Cheating wasn’t the issue. She wanted to take all my properties. Go back online, she kept saying ‘pound of flesh.’ She is the problem. Everyone knows. Even the family knows. She is a big P. She has anger issue. It’s a threat of the family — na inbuilt.”

He ended the post saying, “Guys, I’m happy again. Boo boo, you do this one. God bless you.”
