Foster Dad of 20 children arrested after Child P0rn is found on his Phone
A Tennessee man who has fostered more than 20 children was arrested after authorities allegedly discovered child pornography on his phone as he disembarked from a cruise with his pregnant wife and eight children.
Jason Alan Miller, 48, was taken into custody at Port Miami on September 13 during a random secondary screening at the end of a Carnival Cruise trip to the Cayman Islands, according to court documents.
During the search, Miller voluntarily provided immigration agents with the passcode to his Samsung Galaxy phone. Investigators say they uncovered a hidden folder in his Google Photos app that contained multiple images of suspected child sexual abuse.
One folder, titled “6yo_rare,” reportedly contained 45 illicit photos, according to the affidavit.
Miller had been traveling with his pregnant wife and eight children, ages 5 through 12 — seven of whom were foster children later adopted by the family.

Authorities said Miller admitted to knowing that child porn was stored on his device, which he confirmed no one else had access to.
He has been charged with possession and transportation of child p0rnography.
