American rapper Twin Hector has filed a domestic violence lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend, Blac Chyna, accusing the model of both physical and verbal abuse throughout their three-year relationship.

In the suit, filed in California Superior Court on Monday, September 23, Twin Hector (born Taiyon Hector), 27, alleges that Blac Chyna (born Angela White), 36, exhibited violent tendencies, particularly when intoxicated, and frequently threatened his life. Their relationship, which began in August 2020 and ended in March 2023, was reportedly marred by Chyna’s outbursts.

One of the most serious incidents, according to the lawsuit, occurred in September 2021, when Chyna allegedly launched a “vicious attack” on Twin while he was asleep, resulting in multiple injuries.

The lawsuit claims that Twin had moved into Chyna’s Woodland Hills home soon after they started dating, where she lived with her two children—11-year-old son King and 7-year-old daughter Dream.

Throughout their time together, Twin claims Chyna would often drink heavily and use other substances, which allegedly triggered her aggressive behavior.

He describes her becoming “physically violent and verbally abusive” without provocation, and alleges that she would punch, shove, slap, and kick him during these outbursts. Twin further claims that she frequently threatened to kill him, whether during confrontations or while he slept.

Despite the repeated assaults, Twin says he tried to de-escalate the violence, restraining Chyna out of concern for her well-being, and hoped she would seek help. He also alleges that after sobering up, Chyna would either not recall the attacks or apologize in an attempt to keep the relationship intact.

The lawsuit further states that Blac Chyna never showed “sincere remorse” for her alleged actions or sought the medical or psychological help that Twin Hector encouraged her to pursue for her violent tendencies.

According to the suit, Twin claims that despite his love for Chyna and his repeated efforts to get her help, she refused and instead blamed him for not “mechanically abiding by her every instruction or demand.”

One of the most violent incidents described in the lawsuit occurred in September 2021. Twin alleges that while he was asleep in their home, Chyna suddenly attacked him with “multiple closed-fist punches, elbow blows, and knee kicks” to his face and body.

He describes being “virtually blinded by the blows to his eyes,” with blood dripping down his face as a result of the attack. Chyna, upon seeing his injuries, allegedly called her personal doctor to provide first aid. The doctor, according to the suit, recommended that Twin see multiple specialists, including a plastic surgeon, an ophthalmological surgeon, a neurologist, and a psychiatrist, to treat his various injuries.

The lawsuit further claims that Chyna has had “violence and anger issues” for years, largely due to her abuse of alcohol, with her intimate partners being the primary victims of her aggression. This is not the first time Chyna has been accused of violence by a partner.

Her former fiancé, Rob Kardashian, with whom she shares a daughter, Dream, previously testified under oath that Chyna had “tried to kill” him during their relationship. During a trial in April 2022, Kardashian testified that Chyna attempted to strangle him with an iPhone cord, struck him with a six-foot metal rod, and pointed an unloaded gun at him, though she later claimed she was “being funny.”

Twin Hector alleges that the abuse he suffered at Chyna’s hands left him with severe physical and psychological damage, including insomnia and PTSD. Over the course of their relationship, he claims to have sustained multiple injuries, including a broken nose, deep facial cuts, a scar on his eyelid, whiplash, nerve damage, and daily headaches.

The lawsuit concludes with Twin expressing hope that his legal action will prompt Chyna to seek the help she needs, stating, “No man (or woman) is above the law, especially when it comes to domestic violence.” Twin also hopes that Chyna’s actions, as detailed in the suit, will not be repeated with anyone else.
