Big Brother Naija star, Francisca Owumi, has d!ed after a brief illness. Her family announced her passing in a post shared on social media on August 29, 2024.

Her photos were shared with the caption

‘’A daughter and sister. Make her soul rest in peace, Amen”

 Late Francisca was the first runner-up on the inaugural Big Brother Nigeria reality television show in 2006.

Remembered for her fierce dance steps, the late Francisca was in the house with the likes of Katung Aduwak who won the show, Ebuka Obi Uchendu, Gideon Okeke, Maureen Osuji, Ify Ejikeme, late Joseph Ada and others. After the show, the late Francisca made a stint in the Nigerian music industry with two singles Gbadun You and Diva.

May her soul rest in peace, Amen.
