Arsenal’s long-standing interest in RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Šeško has taken a decisive turn, with fresh reports confirming that the North London club has entered concrete transfer talks to sign the Slovenian forward.

Following months of scouting and two unsuccessful attempts, the Gunners are now accelerating their efforts to secure the highly-rated 21-year-old, who is expected to leave the Bundesliga side this summer.

Šeško has remained a top priority for Arsenal’s recruitment team, with manager Mikel Arteta and sporting director Edu Gaspar personally involved in tracking his development. Despite being rebuffed in both May 2024 and during the January transfer window, Arsenal have maintained their pursuit.
